{Event Recap} Mallory's Tutu Cute 1st Birthday

My good friend Marta, owner of Twinkle Twice a 2nd hand children's clothing store, asked me to help her with her youngest daughter's 1st birthday party. Marta recently started creating her own tutus for the shop (Tutus by Twinkle Twice). She wanted to use that for the party theme so she would have an excuse to make tutus for all of Mallory's friends (such cuteness).
